Submission > Author guidelines

Submitted papers must be written in english (6 to 10 pages).

They must present original unpublished research that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal.

Authors may contact the Program Chair for further information or clarification.

Regarding the final versions:

1- All papers accepted by the conference will be distributed in the proceedings at the conference.

2- To be published on IEEE Xplore, the following 3 different points must be scrupulously respected: (a) the comments of the reviewers taken into account, the registration must have been paid for and the paper presented, (b) The rate of plagiarism acceptable by IEEE, (c) the Format must comply with the IEEE standard, (d) the final version must be deposited on scienceconf.org and (e) the IEEE copyright form must be sent to the organizers.

(a) Comments from reviewers intended to advance the work of the authors should be incorporated into the final version of the article.

A paid registration gives the right to present a maximum of two articles.

A paper that is not presented during the conference cannot be published on IEEE Xplore.

(b)   Plagiarism rate will be tested by IEEE before publication on IEEE Xplore (after the conference). A maximum rate of about 30% is tolerated. Beyond that, the article will not be published on IEEE Xplore. We ask you to take your precautions because there will be no possible recourse.

(c)   Articles must conform to the format IEEE (Templates).

The pdf must be tested and validated on IEEE Pdf eXpress (open after march 5th, 2022)
